i shall call you ... minipod
Rumors are circulating that Apple is getting set to unveil a new, low-end iPod next month. These new iPods would be physically smaller than the existing iPod, hold 2GB-4GB of data and cost in the neighborhood of $100-200. (MacRumors.com: “Mini iPod Buzz…” - 12/30/03)
I am so jazzed about this rumor. If it turns out to be true, I’m definitely buying one. I’ve been lusting after the iPod for months, but haven’t actually purchased one because of the price tag ($299 and up). Now I just have to wait until Jan. 6 and see if The Steve announces it in his MacWorld keynote.
