Note to self: Don’t solicit random strangers via IM to write my academic papers for me, as this dim soul in Illinois did. It’s academically dishonest, and you never know just how badly it’ll backfire. Dumbass.

(Random observation: After this prank became a big Internet “thing,” the author agreed to remove the girl’s real name from his blog entries on the subject. However, her real name is still in the URL for the original entry.)
