seen: job title

Awesome job title, seen in a job listing posted last Friday to an e-mail list I’m on:

Hiring - CSS Ninja in Vancouver, BC

And it carried through in the listing, too!

Compensation for this position starts at:

White Belt - $24 000 plus bonuses
Yellow Belt - $30 000 + B’s
Orange Belt - $45 000 + B’s
Green Belt - $55 000 + B’s
Blue Belt - $65 000 + B’s
Brown Belt and beyond ? - Lets talk.

We use the belt system to come closer to our belief that salaries
should be a reflection of skills and contribution not a factor of your
negotiation skills.
