saturday night blah

Prince on SNLAnyone catch SNL last night? I forgot it was a new episode until just before “Weekend Update,” and my DVR didn’t record it for some reason. What I did see was pretty lame, with one exception: I’ve never really followed Prince, but his first musical number was smoking! The man knows how to play a guitar, and makes it look easy.

Speaking of Prince, they really missed an opportunity with this week’s return of the recurring “Prince Show” sketch. Too bad they couldn’t work him in somewhere. (Although Maya Rudolph’s back. Yay!)

And speaking of SNL … Someone at SlashFood is pondering whether to try to recreate that taco-pizza-pancake-chili concoction featured in SNL’s fake “Taco Town” commercial.
