too slow

Looks like my Internet search prowess is too speedy for ticketmaster.ca. While looking for concert listings in Vancouver in early May (woo! honeymoon!), I got the following error message:

Please note.

We limit the rate of web page requests that can be made by individual users in any given time period. Your web page requests have exceeded these limits and your access has been temporarily disabled. We impose these limits to protect the web site from automated programs, as part of our efforts to promote fair access to tickets. Please allow several minutes and then try again.

Heh. I hadn’t even gotten to the “search by date range” screen yet. I can’t “interfere” with others’ access to tickets if I can’t even see what’s available.

Updated 11:46 a.m. - Finally got through, and found only three events in my date range, none of which piqued my interest. So much trouble, so little payoff.
