How very cool would it be to have a secret passageway in your house? Apparently, there’s a company in Mesa, Ariz., that specializes in this sort of thing, offering installation and do-it-yourself instructions for setting up hidden rooms and compartments behind fireplaces, bookcases, dressers and more. Of all the videos on the site, animation #4 made me laugh out loud: The video features an easy chair with a flip-up cushion that reveals a spiral slide down to a hidden room below. Not necessarily practical … but wheeeee!
