well-plated

On Friday night, Rob and I tried out the newish sushi place at Ballston Common Mall, Asahi Kaiten. I ordered the “caterpillar roll” — sushi with avocado and barbecued eel — and nearly clapped my hands with glee when it came out actually plated like a caterpillar. Nice presentation — and the sushi itself wasn’t too bad, either.
