One of the joys of marriage is that you get to share everything. Including the latest bug that goes around.

Rob’s been sick since Friday, and I suppose it was only a matter of time until I picked it up, too. His symptoms — including a thick cough, fever, aches and general fatigue — have been a preview of things to come for me.

I was feeling crappy enough today that I left work early and slept all afternoon. Meanwhile, Rob had stayed home from work, alternately catching up on reading for school and napping. Around 9:30 tonight, we emerged from the apartment, shambling, zombie-like, across the street in search of something to eat.
